Definitions

"You", "User": Refers to the individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.

"Services": Refer to the AI tools, marketplace, and other digital offerings provided on or through the Platforms.

"Platforms": Are our websites, web apps, and mobile apps as well as any community or training platforms operated under the MERCURY DASHA brand by Angel Commerce Ltd.

"Uploaded Assets": Refers to any content, designs, or files uploaded by Users that have not been generated by our Platforms or Services.

"Generated Content": Refers to any designs, outputs, or materials created using the Platform/s.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platforms. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you meet this requirement.

If you are using the Platforms on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind the business to these Terms.

Account Registration

Some features require you to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

All information provided during registration must be accurate and kept up-to-date.

You may not share your log-in and agree that each paid subscription represents access for one User unless specifically provided otherwise.

Use of the Platform

The Platform provides AI-powered tools to generate designs and other creative outputs. While we aim to provide reliable and high-quality services, the outputs generated by the Platforms are not guaranteed to meet your specific requirements.

You are responsible for verifying and validating any Generated Content before use to ensure it is suitable for use, republishing, or manufacturing.

You agree not to upload, share, or distribute any content through the Platform that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

Uploaded Assets: You retain ownership of any Uploaded Assets. We will not use your Uploaded Assets for training our AI models or for any purpose other than providing the Services to You.

Generated Content: You retain full ownership of any Generated Content. You are free to use, share, publish, or commercialize Generated Content without restriction or approval from us.

Platform Content: All other content, software, and materials on the Platform are owned or licensed by us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose only.

Data Usage & Privacy

We may collect and use data generated through your use of the Platform to improve, refine, or train our AI models. Your Uploaded Assets will not be used for AI training or any purpose beyond providing the Services to You.

Your personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

The Platform and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
